Open letter: Life is a gift

If you are a July baby like me, then this one is for you. However, I know we all celebrate a birthday at some point in the year so this one also goes out to you. Whichever point in time you celebrate, I hope the words in this letter cheer you up, hug you tight or inspire you to soldier on. May you be reminded to celebrate yourself loud and proud giving thanks to God from whom all blessings flow. This open letter is dedicated to myself as well as I celebrate my birthday today [29th July] but also to whoever reads this. May you embrace the work of art you are and the masterpiece you’re becoming.

Dear Darling

I’m proud of the woman you’re becoming [God’s best version] never stop learning; keep your heart always open to it and that way, you’ll never stop growing. As for age, it’s just a number and remember we don’t grow old, we just level up. Keep levelling up like the Queen you are. There’s no telling how far you have to go and you my darling embody greatness. So continue to unravel it and make a splash of it in everything you do.

Also girl, never tire from forgiving. It’s a beautiful gift that you get to give yourself that will help keep the garden of your heart free from weeds. As for love, spread it ferociously [to a very great degree]. Love lives in you, pour it out every so often to those around you. When you feel like you’re running on empty, retreat and refill from your father God who is love in its fullness and then pour out again. Remember you are filled to be emptied.

Your star shines brighter today and always. Stay winning, Stay believing, stay grounded, stay fighting and stay in the overflow of God’s matchless love. Excited to see what this chapter of your life reads. Stay tuned and glued to this ride. Enjoy every bit of it, bumps inclusive and don’t you dare settle.

You are morphing in to God’s best version each day, shedding insecurities, pruning in personality and character as well as a refining work of art. Keep at His feet and watch Him amaze you. Remember life is a gift that you’ve got to celebrate loud and proud regardless because, the giver is so good and faithful.

Also darling, remember you don’t age, you just level up…keep leveling up in to the fullness of who God created and called you to be. By His Grace you still breathe. Lastly, cling to God like your life depends on it because it actually does sweetheart. Otherwise, enjoy today and every other day that follows. Despite the occasional chaos that life is, choose peace and joy as your silver lining. And of course, Gratitude is a must always.

Yours truly,

Your tweny Fab self….Let’s make room for tweny Sassy. Go forth in boldness darling! I love you and I celebrate the wonder you are.

Just here to celebrate God’s faithfulness that He has evidently imprinted in my life. I’m so thankful more than I could ever describe in words but my heart is extremely full. If you are reading this, I just want to thank you for being a part of my beautiful journey. Thank you for believing in our little Kingdom of thee “Everything Written” family that will some day be an empire. Let’s watch and see what God has in store being the limitless Father that He is. Truth be told, I couldn’t have kept going without each of your support so am thankful. I pray that God’s blessings be showered upon you, may He meet you at your point of need and surpassingly tend to your every need. Also remember to live with a gratitude attitude no matter the season or circumstance. May God’s peace and joy be your silver lining…Aluta Continua!
